The Growl was first born when legendary Public Address Announcer William “Waffle” Cantrell aired a show under the name on Lander University’s XLR Radio. In 2022, Waffle granted SK Media permission to use the name and resurrect the show as podcast. The Growl, which can be found on most podcast platforms (except AudioMac, thanks to Jacoby Brissett) and covers everything Bearcat Athletics! New episodes drop every Tuesday!
